The year 2020-21 has been crucial for us in meeting new challenges with which we stepped in owing to the COVID19 pandemic the impacts of which created unprecedented situations and challenges related to many new aspects like health, social security, livelihood and human rights. Previously, we envisioned for bringing more focus in to programme implementation and up scaling various programmes on the basis of lessons learnt by our years long grass-root experience and unlearning of the processes to upscale them for better result. The year went in more mainstreaming of the programmes with enhanced focus on implementation as well as advocacy. We are proud that the lessons learnt were articulated well, unlearning of the earlier processes and incorporation of methods and practices had helped us in bringing more value to our programmes and have given more reach and visibility to our interventions with our stakeholders. Digital methodologies have been quite impactful in addressing various issues of advocacy, sensitization and knowledge sharing. I hope this report would put light to our efforts in stepping ahead towards building an unbiased, economically sustainable, corruption free society and I am hopeful that the reader would find it remarkable in our collective endeavor towards a new age.
